The BINZET USB 3.0 4K Video Capture Card (BINZET USB 3.0 4K ビデオキャプチャカード PS5) is an external device that brings HDMI video into a PC over USB.

Overview

This is an entry-level capture card for people who want to start streaming or recording console gameplay on a small budget.Check the retailer's page for the latest price. The capture side is more limited: the spec sheet lists 1080P60fps, 2K30fps and 4K18fps. The real question is whether you can accept watching in 4K while capturing at 1080P.

Loop-out passes the HDMI signal straight to a second display. Playing from the capture preview in your software can feel delayed, but with loop-out your monitor shows the console's picture directly.

That matters for fast action games.

For audio, there is a 3.5mm microphone input and a headphone output, so you can mix commentary over game sound with just this unit.

The body is aluminum alloy.

Compatibility Guide

The unit has one HDMI input, an HDMI loop-out, and a USB 3.0 host connection (USB-C / USB-A). The included cable has USB-A and USB-C ends, so it fits both newer laptops and older desktops without an adapter. Supported operating systems are Windows, macOS, Linux and Android.

USB 3.0 is recommended.

USB 2.0 works, but the maker notes that capture quality may drop.

Check that the port you plan to use is actually USB 3.0 before you start.

Any HDMI source can connect, including PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S and DSLR cameras. It appears as a video device in OBS Studio and similar software.

No HDMI cable is included, and you need two if you use loop-out: console to card, and card to monitor.

Item Detail
Capture 1080P60fps / 2K30fps / 4K18fps
Loop-out 4K60Hz
Interface USB 3.0 (USB-C / USB-A)
Audio 3.5mm mic in / headphone out

The two "4K" figures mean different things. 4K60Hz is the pass-through side to your monitor; 4K18fps is what reaches the PC.

Reading only the product name can lead you to confuse them.

The package lists the capture card, a USB 3.0 cable (USB-A/C) and a manual.

Best Use Cases

  • Beginners starting console streams cheaply: 1080P60fps capture and a mic input let you build a commentary setup with one unit.
  • People who want no lag but have a small budget: the 4K60Hz loop-out keeps the monitor image direct.
  • Users who move between devices and operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux and Android are supported, and inputs range from consoles to cameras.

Before You Buy

The biggest trade-off is that 4K capture tops out at 4K18fps. If you want smooth high-resolution footage, this card is not the right choice; consider a higher-end model.

Plugging into a USB 2.0 port may lower capture quality.

Confirm the port on your PC, and avoid routing through a hub where bandwidth is shared.

Audio needs a one-time setup in OBS or similar software. Separating game sound from your microphone takes some getting used to, and restarting the app after changing audio settings is a sensible habit.
