That is a modest baseline, and some older integrated-graphics systems may qualify. It does not guarantee equally smooth playback for every high-resolution video or complex 3D Workshop item.

The recommended specification calls for a 2.0 GHz Intel i7 or equivalent, a GeForce GTX 660 or AMD HD7870, at least 2 GB VRAM, 2048 MB RAM, 1024 MB of available storage, and DirectX 11.

Treat this as the more useful target for running video or 3D wallpapers regularly, especially across multiple displays. Windows N editions require Microsoft's Media Feature Pack, which is worth checking if video playback fails.

The companion mobile app requires Android 10 or newer. This is separate from the Windows requirements, so a compatible PC does not guarantee that an older phone can use the mobile app.
