Overview
The Flesh Beneath is a body-horror deck-building roguelike from Rusalka Unreal Labs, released into Early Access on October 23, 2026. You play one of thirteen ruined souls descending into a cathedral beneath an old village.
Each run begins with drafting a candidate from bloodlines like Cleaver, Hexweaver, Sister, Bonewright, Penitent, Sin-Eater, Bleeder, or Whisper—each given a thematic epithet such as Masha, Sorrow-Bringer or Boris, the Twice-Buried. The altar then offers One Last Gift, often at a terrible cost.
