Over seven months, players will undergo seven distinct psychological tests, each representing a fundamental aspect of life: See, Hear, Process, Speak, Walk, Work, and Connect. The core gameplay loop involves adhering to a strict medication schedule, taking a vital pill every six hours, while navigating the daily routines of sleeping, showering, and personal hygiene.
As the tests progress and the routine continues, a growing unease sets in. The clinic's procedures become increasingly bizarre, and fragmented memories begin to surface, hinting at a forgotten past.
