Overview

The ATTACK SHARK R11Ultra 8K is an ultra-lightweight wireless gaming mouse featuring a carbon fiber shell. Weighing just 49 grams, it minimizes fatigue during long gaming sessions. At its core is the PixArt PAW3950MAX sensor, capable of 42,000 DPI, 50G acceleration, and 750 IPS tracking. This mouse is purpose-built for competitive FPS and fast-paced action games where every millisecond counts.

Connectivity & Compatibility

The R11Ultra supports triple-mode connectivity: 2.4GHz wireless with an 8,000 Hz polling rate, Bluetooth, and wired USB-C. The 2.4GHz mode delivers near-zero latency, ideal for esports. It works with Windows, macOS, and consoles (PlayStation, Xbox) via the included receiver. The translucent receiver features RGB LEDs that indicate battery status in real time.

Product Info

Released in late 2025, the R11Ultra is available on online retailers for approximately ¥17,311. It comes with the mouse, 2.4GHz receiver, a braided RGB USB-C cable, extra PTFE feet, and a user manual. The warranty is typically one year. Positioned in the mid-high tier, it stands out by combining 8K wireless polling with a sub-50g carbon fiber body—a rare combination at this price point.

Best Use Cases

  • Competitive FPS players: The 8K polling rate and 49g weight enable lightning-fast flicks and precise tracking. However, the mouse is relatively compact; users with large hands may prefer a different shape.
  • Long-session gamers: The lightweight design reduces wrist strain, and the 300mAh battery lasts several days on a single charge. Note that heavy RGB usage will drain the battery faster.
  • Customization enthusiasts: Cloud-based driver software allows full control over DPI, polling rate, button mapping, and macros. Omron optical switches rated for 70 million clicks ensure durability.
One caveat: Bluetooth mode caps polling at 1,000 Hz, so for the lowest latency, stick to 2.4GHz. The carbon fiber shell is stiff but can feel slippery; applying the included grip tape improves handling.
