Overview
MISERY plunges players into the heart of a post-apocalyptic world as PMCs tasked with guarding a secret research institute. Set in the Republic of Zaslavie, the game's narrative revolves around the Scientific Institute for Research of the Zaslavie Exclusion Zone (SIRZEZ), which was established before a devastating nuclear war to study mysterious anomalies and artifacts. These very artifacts became the catalyst for global conflict, ultimately leading to the world's current ruined state. When the sirens blare, signaling an incoming nuclear strike, players have a mere 60 seconds to gather essential supplies and reach a bunker, marking the beginning of their survival journey.
