Overview

The Glorious Mouse Bungee (White) is a simple yet effective cable management accessory designed for wired gaming mice. Model number G-MB-WHITE MS596, this bungee holds your mouse cable off the desk surface using a spring-loaded arm, virtually eliminating cable drag. It creates a near-wireless feel for your wired mouse, making it a favorite among competitive gamers who demand precise, friction-free movements. The white color variant matches many modern setups, and the build quality is typical of Glorious PC Gaming Race's accessories. It also helps keep your desk tidy by preventing cables from tangling or rubbing against the desk edge. The spring tension is well-calibrated, holding the cable securely while allowing smooth follow-through as you move the mouse. Rubber grips on the bottom keep the bungee firmly in place. This product addresses the need for a hassle-free wired mouse experience, preserving the low latency and no-charging convenience of wired mice.

Connectivity & Compatibility

No drivers or software are required. The bungee attaches to the edge of your desk via a sturdy clip, compatible with desk thicknesses up to approximately 5 cm. It works with any wired mouse, regardless of cable type (braided or rubber). The bungee does not occupy any USB port, and it is compatible with Windows and Linux operating systems. The spring arm can accommodate various cable diameters, ensuring a secure hold without pinching. The arm rotates 360 degrees, allowing you to adjust the cable direction to your preference. The clip opening is about 2 cm wide, fitting most standard desk tops. It works on wooden and metal surfaces alike. Since the bungee clips onto the desk edge rather than sitting on the desk surface, it does not take up any desk space and won't interfere with your mouse pad.

Best Use Cases

  • FPS and MOBA gamers: If you notice even slight cable resistance during fast flicks or drags, this bungee will make your mouse movements feel much smoother and more responsive. Particularly beneficial for low-sensitivity players who use large mouse pads.
  • Users with cluttered desks: The bungee keeps the cable neatly off the desk, preventing tangles and reducing wear on the cable where it rubs against the desk edge. It also prevents the cable from catching on your leg or chair.
  • Those who prefer wired mice: If you dislike the latency or battery management of wireless mice, this bungee lets you keep your wired mouse while enjoying a near-wireless experience. It's a cost-effective upgrade that preserves the responsiveness and weight of your wired mouse.
  • Streamers and pro gamers: A tidy desk setup looks professional on stream and helps maintain focus. The bungee contributes to a clean, organized environment.
  • Not ideal for: Wireless mouse users, or desks with glass tops where the clip cannot grip securely. Also, if your desk edge is too thin or too thick beyond the clamp range, installation may be difficult.
