## Overview
Universe 25 is a Pythonesque indie point-and-click adventure game developed and published by The Northern Bureau. Set in the year 2035, players step into the shoes of John Smith, a bureaucrat suffering from amnesia within a bizarre, totalitarian dystopia. As a civil servant in the Licensing department, John's life takes a drastic turn during a lockdown when he stumbles upon a cruel experiment orchestrated by the Union's head chef, Karlov. Armed with only his government-issued briefcase and an unlikely mouse companion, John embarks on a quest to track down Karlov, unraveling the secrets of the deep state and his own forgotten identity. The narrative hints at a larger conspiracy, suggesting Karlov is not the sole mastermind behind the malevolence.
